About the Author
The Hugh Roy and Lillie Cranz Cullen Distinguished Professor of Management in the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses, conducts field research in organizations and provides training programs and consulting to numerous domestic and global organizations. Jack has served as the Chairperson, Associate Dean of Research, Dean of the College, and University Provost. He is the author, co-author, and editor of numerous successful textbooks in human resource management, organizational behavior, and management. His latest professional books published are titled Managing Einsteins: Leading High Tech Workers in the Digital Age (McGraw-Hill) and Always Think Big (Dearborn Trade). Jack has received grants, honors, and awards, the latest being induction as a charter member into the Academy of Management Hall of Fame.

Covers Wide Range w/Depth

As an instructor of Organizational Behavior at UNC-Greensboro, I find this text to do a fine job of covering a wide range of OB topics with sufficient depth for students. The authors did a very good job.

First Experience with Organizational Behavior

This text book was easy to read and follow the concepts and ideals. The physical book was easy to highlight and notate in the margins. This was my first experience with organizational behavior and I enjoyed this introduction volume. I will keep this text for additional reading and research.
